- Finir par une couche de fromage râpé, ajouter 2 ou 3 petits morceaux de beurre sur le dessus
- Couvrir le gratin d'une feuille aluminium (ça évitera qu'il sèche pendant la cuisson) et enfourner dans le four préchauffé à 180 degrés, th 6
- Pour ce gratin avec 2kg de pommes de terre je l'ai laissé cuire 1h45. Vérifier s'il est cuit à l'aide de la lame d'un couteau pointu. Si le couteau s'enfonce facilement c'est cuit. Prolonger la cuisson si besoin
- Une fois le gratin cuit, j'enlève la feuille d'aluminium et je mets le four sur position grill et je laisse encore entre 5 et 10 minutes en surveillant. Il faut que le gratin prenne une belle couleur.
